Smartable Wallet is intended for users aged 18 or older.
2. Self-custody
Smartable Wallet is designed as self-custody software.
Your recovery phrase, private keys, passwords and signing credentials are generated, stored and used on your device or through a signing device that you control. Smartable is not provided with your recovery phrase, private keys, password or signing keys.
Smartable does not:
- hold your crypto-assets for you;
- control your private keys;
- control your recovery phrase;
- control your wallet addresses;
- access or move your crypto-assets;
- act as a custodian;
- recover a wallet when the required recovery credentials have been lost.
Transactions are prepared and signed using credentials controlled by you. After you approve a transaction, the signed transaction or signed authorisation may be sent to a blockchain node, relay, third-party provider or protocol for broadcast or processing.
A signed transaction does not contain your private key, recovery phrase or password. However, a signed transaction or signed authorisation may permit the movement of crypto-assets and may be irreversible.
Because of this design:
- Smartable cannot reverse, cancel, freeze or recover a confirmed blockchain transaction;
- Smartable cannot restore your wallet if you lose the required recovery credentials;
- Smartable cannot access or move your crypto-assets;
- you are responsible for checking every transaction before signing;
- you are responsible for maintaining an adequate backup.
Self-custody does not eliminate blockchain risks. Transactions may fail, revert, be delayed, be processed differently than expected or become irreversible once confirmed.
3. What Smartable provides
Smartable provides wallet software, user interfaces and related technical integration features.
The software may:
- generate or import self-custody wallets;
- display balances, asset information and transaction history;
- prepare transactions for your review;
- obtain quotes and route information from third-party providers;
- display available swap or bridge routes;
- provide security checks and warnings;
- connect to blockchain nodes, relays and third-party services;
- support hardware-wallet signing;
- support WalletConnect or other dApp connection protocols;
- support optional encrypted and split backup features;
- provide optional integrated swap, bridge, gasless, on-ramp and off-ramp features.
Smartable does not intend to:
- take custody of your crypto-assets;
- control or safeguard your private keys;
- operate a trading platform or order book;
- provide liquidity;
- act as a market maker;
- act as the buyer, seller or counterparty to your trade;
- receive your crypto-assets for later delivery or return;
- guarantee execution, settlement, price or availability;
- provide investment, financial, legal or tax advice;
- manage your portfolio or make investment decisions for you;
- sign a transaction or authorisation on your behalf.
The application may display blockchain data, token information, prices, quotes, route data, transaction data and security information. Such information may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, unavailable or affected by third-party errors.
This section describes the intended technical and commercial operation of the software. It is not a binding determination of the publisher’s regulatory status.
Whether an activity is regulated depends on the actual service, technical implementation, commercial arrangement, user flow and applicable law. The publisher will not intentionally provide a service requiring authorisation, registration or another legal basis unless the required authorisation, registration or legal basis has been obtained.
4. Third-party providers and protocols
Smartable may connect you to independent third-party providers, protocols, solvers, bridges, liquidity venues, blockchain networks and other services.
Potential providers and protocols may include:
- swaps, bridges and route services: 0x, LI.FI, THORChain, Jupiter, NEAR Intents and other providers;
- network-specific swap services: STON.fi, Stellar network liquidity, xExchange, Vestige, Sirius and other providers;
- crypto purchases: MoonPay, Coinbase, Ramp Network and other providers;
- blockchain data: Infura, Alchemy, Blockchair, BlockCypher, Haskoin, public nodes and other providers;
- price and asset data: Coinpaprika, Coinbase, Kraken, DefiLlama, CoinGecko and other providers;
- infrastructure and hosting: Cloudflare, Fly.io and other providers;
- encrypted backup: Google Drive, MEGA, Backblaze B2 and other providers.
This list may change as providers are added, removed or replaced.
Each third-party provider operates under its own terms, privacy policy, fees, restrictions and regulatory arrangements.
Depending on the feature, a provider may require you to:
- enter into a separate agreement;
- accept the provider’s terms;
- use the provider’s own interface;
- complete identity verification;
- provide information directly to the provider;
- comply with geographic or eligibility restrictions.
Smartable does not guarantee:
- the availability of a provider;
- a provider’s solvency or continued operation;
- a quote or exchange rate;
- a route;
- the availability of liquidity;
- execution or settlement;
- the final amount received;
- a provider’s compliance, licence or regulatory status;
- the operation of a provider’s refund or recovery process.
You should review the relevant provider, route, fees, slippage, destination details, risks and expected result before confirming a transaction.
5. Swaps and bridges
A swap or bridge is an optional feature. You may use Smartable Wallet to create, hold, send and receive crypto-assets without using the swap or bridge features.
For an optional swap or bridge:
- the application may request quotes or route information from independent providers or protocols;
- the application may display one or more available routes;
- the application may rank or select a route automatically;
- the application may allow you to select a route;
- you must review the displayed transaction before signing;
- signing takes place through your device, hardware wallet or another supported signing method;
- the blockchain, provider or protocol determines whether the transaction succeeds;
- a failed or reverted transaction may still incur network fees;
- a cross-chain operation may involve more than one transaction and more than one network;
- a cross-chain operation may take longer than a same-chain transaction;
- a route may become unavailable after a quote has been generated.
A displayed amount may be:
- a minimum amount for a same-chain route;
- an estimate for a cross-chain route;
- an amount affected by slippage;
- an amount affected by price impact;
- an amount affected by network fees;
- an amount affected by destination-chain gas;
- an amount affected by provider or protocol conditions.
The application will identify whether the displayed output is a minimum, an estimate or another type of quote where that distinction applies.
Smartable does not guarantee that a swap or bridge will:
- execute at the displayed rate;
- complete successfully;
- complete within the displayed time;
- deliver the displayed amount;
- return funds after a failed cross-chain operation;
- remain available until you sign.
6. Fees
6.1 Free wallet functions
Creating, importing, holding, receiving and sending crypto-assets through the Smartable Wallet software are free of charge from Smartable.
Blockchain network fees may still apply when you initiate or authorise a transaction. Network fees are determined by the relevant blockchain and may include gas fees, miner fees, validator fees, sequencer fees, priority fees or other network charges.
6.2 Smartable software and interface fee
For optional swaps, bridges, gasless transactions and other integrated features, Smartable may charge a fee for the use of the Smartable Wallet software, user interface, technical integrations, transaction preparation, security checks and related functionality.
The Smartable software and interface fee compensates the publisher for providing and maintaining the software and related technical functionality.
The Smartable software and interface fee is separate from any amount attributable to an independent third-party provider, protocol, solver, bridge, liquidity venue or blockchain network.
The Smartable software and interface fee does not create a custody relationship and does not give Smartable access to your recovery phrase, private keys, password or other crypto-assets.
6.3 Total service-related fee
For an optional swap, bridge, gasless transaction or other integrated route, the application may display one total service-related fee.
The total service-related fee may include:
- the Smartable software and interface fee;
- an applicable amount attributable to an independent third-party provider;
- an applicable protocol, solver, bridge or liquidity-venue component.
The third-party component is included within the total service-related fee and is not charged on top of the applicable fee limit.
Where the source amount can be valued reliably, the total service-related fee will be calculated as the greater of:
- 0.75% of the traded amount; or
- USD 0.50, where the minimum applies.
For purposes of this section, “traded amount” means the fiat equivalent of the gross amount of the source asset specified in the relevant quote before deduction of the total service-related fee, unless the application expressly states otherwise.
For example:
- if 0.75% of the traded amount is USD 0.75, the total service-related fee will be USD 0.75;
- if 0.75% of the traded amount is USD 0.20 and the minimum applies, the total service-related fee will be USD 0.50;
- if 0.75% of the traded amount is USD 7.50, the total service-related fee will be USD 7.50.
The 0.75% / USD 0.50 limit applies to the combined Smartable and applicable third-party components.
The 0.75% / USD 0.50 limit does not include blockchain network fees or other costs imposed directly by a blockchain network unless the application expressly states otherwise.
6.4 Fee components and disclosure
The total service-related fee will be shown before you sign whenever the relevant route is available.
For some routes, the applicable quote can only be obtained immediately before signing. In that case the application will identify the step as a further review rather than as a confirmation, and the total service-related fee and the expected result of that quote will be shown on that review, before any transaction or authorisation is signed.
Where reliable information is available, the application will display the following components separately:
- Smartable software and interface fee;
- third-party provider or protocol component;
- blockchain network fee;
- destination-chain or other network-related costs;
- other route-specific costs.
The application may also display a combined amount for the Smartable and third-party components. This combined amount is the total service-related fee for the route and is not an additional charge.
Where a third-party provider or protocol does not provide a reliable separate fee breakdown, the application may display the total service-related fee without attributing an exact amount to the third-party component.
In that case, the application may state that the displayed total includes applicable Smartable and third-party components.
Smartable will not knowingly present the third-party component as an additional fee charged on top of the disclosed total service-related fee.
Where an amount is estimated, unavailable or subject to change, the application may identify it as estimated, unavailable or subject to change rather than presenting it as a fixed amount.
6.5 Calculation of fees
The equivalent fiat value of the traded amount is calculated using pricing information available when the relevant quote is generated.
Prices, quotes, exchange rates, provider costs and route availability may change or become unavailable before you confirm a transaction.
The minimum fee applies only where the traded amount can be valued reliably using the pricing information available at the time of the quote.
If the traded amount cannot be valued reliably:
- the USD 0.50 minimum may not apply;
- the application may show an applicable percentage-based fee where it can be calculated reliably;
- the route may be unavailable;
- the application may show that the fee cannot be calculated reliably.
The final amount of crypto-assets received may be affected by:
- the quoted exchange rate;
- provider conditions;
- slippage;
- price impact;
- network fees;
- destination-chain costs;
- route execution;
- provider or protocol deductions;
- changes in market conditions.
6.6 Third-party providers and protocol costs
Independent providers, protocols, solvers, bridges and liquidity venues may charge their own:
- fees;
- spreads;
- commissions;
- protocol costs;
- solver costs;
- withdrawal fees;
- destination-chain costs;
- liquidity costs;
- other charges.
The third-party component may be calculated by, paid to or retained by the relevant independent provider or protocol under its own terms and policies.
Where the third-party component is included in the quote presented by the application, it is included in the total service-related fee and is not added on top of the stated 0.75% / USD 0.50 limit.
A provider may include its costs in an exchange rate, spread or final output rather than displaying a separate fee line.
Where a provider does not disclose a separate component, Smartable may show the total service-related fee and state that provider or protocol costs are included.
6.7 How Smartable is paid
Smartable receives its own software and interface fee revenue, as described in section 6.2. It is the Smartable component of the total service-related fee and nothing further is charged for the route.
Where a third-party component applies, it is calculated by, paid to or retained by the relevant independent provider or protocol under its own arrangements. It is included within the total service-related fee and is not charged on top of the stated 0.75% / USD 0.50 limit.
Where the application ranks or selects a route automatically, it does so on the technical criteria listed in section 6.11. The ranking is not based on any consideration payable to Smartable.
If Smartable begins to receive revenue share, referral compensation, affiliate compensation, rebates or other consideration from an independent third-party provider in connection with an integrated route, these Terms will be updated and an appropriate disclosure will be provided in the application before you sign. Any such consideration would not increase the total service-related fee disclosed to you or be charged on top of the applicable 0.75% / USD 0.50 limit.
6.8 Blockchain network fees
Blockchain network fees are separate from the total service-related fee.
They are determined by the relevant blockchain or network participants and may vary depending on:
- network congestion;
- transaction size;
- transaction type;
- gas settings;
- validator conditions;
- miner conditions;
- sequencer conditions;
- route structure;
- destination-chain requirements.
Network fees may include:
- gas fees;
- miner fees;
- validator fees;
- sequencer fees;
- priority fees;
- destination-chain fees;
- Bitcoin transaction fees;
- fees for additional transactions required by a route;
- provider or protocol network costs.
Network fees are not controlled by Smartable and are not part of the Smartable software and interface fee.
Where possible, the application will show a network fee figure before you sign. An estimate is not a guarantee of the final network cost.
On networks that charge for the resources a transaction actually consumes, the figure shown is a maximum rather than a prediction. The application will identify it as such, and unused gas is normally not charged.
Where a reliable figure is unavailable, the application will say so rather than displaying a zero network fee.
A route may require more than one transaction — for example a token approval before a swap, or a separate Smartable fee transfer. Each transaction carries its own network fee. Where the figure shown covers only one of them, the application will identify the others rather than presenting a single figure as the total network cost of the route.
Where a transaction is submitted by a third-party relayer, you may pay no network fee at all. In that case the relayer's cost is reflected in the quoted output rather than charged to you separately, and the application will say so rather than displaying a zero network fee.
6.9 Fee treatment within a route
Depending on the route and the technical limitations of the relevant network or provider, the total service-related fee may be:
- deducted from the source amount;
- reflected in the quoted output;
- included in the route quote;
- paid through a separate transaction;
- paid through a gasless or relayed transaction;
- handled through another route-specific mechanism.
The application will show the applicable fee treatment before you sign where the relevant information is available.
6.10 Separate Smartable fee transaction
On some networks, technical limitations may require the Smartable software and interface fee to be paid through a separate transaction.
If a separate fee transaction is required, the application will show, before signing:
- the network;
- the recipient address;
- the asset;
- the amount;
- the estimated blockchain network fee;
- whether the transaction is separate from the main swap or bridge transaction.
You must explicitly authorise the separate transaction from your device or supported signing method.
The separate transaction may incur a separate blockchain network fee. That network fee is determined by the relevant blockchain and is not an additional Smartable software and interface fee.
Smartable will not knowingly request a separate Smartable fee transaction for an amount exceeding the disclosed Smartable component of the total service-related fee.
If the applicable fee cannot be calculated reliably or the applicable fee limit would be exceeded, the route may be unavailable.
6.11 User review and route selection
Before you sign an optional swap, bridge, gasless transaction or other integrated feature, the application may display:
- one or more available routes;
- the relevant provider or protocol;
- whether the route was selected by you or automatically ranked or selected;
- the source asset and amount;
- the expected amount received;
- the minimum amount received, where applicable;
- the Smartable software and interface fee;
- the third-party component, where available;
- blockchain network fee estimates;
- slippage or price-impact information;
- the destination address;
- the destination network;
- the expected duration;
- quote expiry information;
- applicable warnings or security information.
Where multiple routes are available, the application may allow you to select a route.
Where the application automatically ranks or selects a route, it will identify this before confirmation. The ranking or selection may be based on technical criteria such as:
- expected output;
- route availability;
- estimated duration;
- disclosed fees;
- execution conditions;
- liquidity;
- provider response;
- security or technical compatibility.
You are responsible for reviewing the displayed transaction, route, provider, destination, asset, amount, fees and expected result before signing.
6.12 User-controlled signing and broadcasting
Smartable does not sign a transaction or authorisation on your behalf.
A transaction or authorisation may be signed only after you approve the relevant request using:
- your device;
- a hardware wallet;
- a supported signing method;
- another wallet or signing device connected by an approved protocol.
After you sign, Smartable, a blockchain node, a third-party provider, a protocol or a relayer may transmit the signed transaction or signed authorisation to the relevant blockchain network or service for broadcast or processing.
For gasless or similar features, a third-party relayer may submit a transaction after you sign the required authorisation message.
A gasless transaction may still involve:
- a Smartable software and interface fee;
- a third-party provider fee;
- a protocol cost;
- a spread;
- a deduction from the traded amount;
- another disclosed route-related cost.
A signed transaction or authorisation may be irreversible, may fail or may be processed differently by the relevant blockchain or third-party service than you expected.
6.13 No additional undisclosed Smartable fee
Smartable will not knowingly charge an additional Smartable software and interface fee on top of the amount disclosed in the application before you sign.
The third-party component, where applicable, is included within the total service-related fee shown for the route and is not charged on top of the stated 0.75% / USD 0.50 limit.
This does not prevent blockchain networks, independent providers or protocols from imposing costs that are outside Smartable’s control and are disclosed separately or identified as estimated where possible.
6.14 Smartable fee revenue
Smartable may receive and hold its own software and interface fee revenue in cryptocurrency.
This revenue:
- belongs to Smartable;
- is not held for you;
- is not part of your wallet;
- is not client property held in custody;
- does not create a custody relationship;
- does not give Smartable access to your recovery phrase;
- does not give Smartable access to your private keys;
- does not give Smartable access to your password or other crypto-assets.
Smartable may process information about its own fee revenue for:
- accounting;
- tax;
- reconciliation;
- fraud prevention;
- security;
- support;
- legal compliance.
7. No investment, financial, legal or tax advice
Nothing in the application, website, documentation, quote, route information, token information, price information, security warning or other Smartable material constitutes investment, financial, legal or tax advice.
Prices, quotes, routes, token information, risk indicators and security information are provided for information only. They may be:
- incorrect;
- incomplete;
- delayed;
- unavailable;
- affected by third-party information;
- affected by blockchain conditions;
- affected by market movements.
You are solely responsible for deciding whether to:
- buy;
- sell;
- swap;
- bridge;
- send;
- receive;
- hold;
- stake;
- sign;
- connect to a dApp;
- approve a token allowance;
- use a provider or protocol.
Token verification
Smartable may display a verification badge next to an asset.
The badge may indicate that the asset:
- is a native network asset;
- appears on a trusted list;
- is recognised by one or more independent token registries;
- has metadata matching a known asset.
The badge is informational only. It is not:
- an endorsement;
- a recommendation;
- a guarantee of legitimacy;
- a guarantee of security;
- a guarantee of value;
- a guarantee that the asset is free from scams or malicious contracts.
8. Backup and recovery
You are responsible for maintaining a secure backup of your recovery credentials.
Smartable may offer standard recovery-phrase backup and optional split or encrypted cloud backup features.
Where the split backup feature is available, the application may create multiple encrypted shares under a threshold recovery scheme. For example, a 2-of-3 configuration may require any two valid shares to satisfy the configured recovery threshold.
The exact recovery requirements will be shown in the backup and restore flow.
Depending on the selected configuration:
- one share alone may not be sufficient for recovery;
- a password or passphrase may be required;
- metadata or version information may be required;
- a device-held share may be required;
- a cloud provider may store an encrypted share;
- Smartable may not be able to decrypt or reconstruct your backup.
You are responsible for:
- storing the required shares safely;
- storing the required password or passphrase safely;
- keeping shares in appropriate locations;
- checking that the backup was created correctly;
- testing recovery before relying on the backup;
- protecting shares from theft, destruction and unauthorised access.
Losing the required number of shares, password, passphrase or metadata may make recovery impossible.
Smartable does not guarantee that a backup can be recovered if:
- shares are damaged;
- shares belong to different backups;
- the password or passphrase is lost;
- the relevant provider is unavailable;
- the backup format changes;
- the required metadata is unavailable;
- the device-held share is lost;
- the recovery process is interrupted.
You should not store your recovery phrase or private keys in ordinary digital form, including screenshots, unencrypted files, email, messaging applications or synchronised cloud storage, unless you have assessed the risks.
9. Your responsibilities
You are solely responsible for:
- keeping your recovery phrase and password secret;
- maintaining a safe backup;
- keeping split-backup shares safe;
- protecting any backup password or passphrase;
- checking every address before signing;
- checking every amount before signing;
- checking the network before signing;
- checking token contracts before signing;
- checking the recipient before signing;
- checking the provider and route before signing;
- checking fees and slippage before signing;
- checking transaction warnings before signing;
- deciding which dApps, providers, protocols, contracts and tokens to use;
- complying with applicable tax laws;
- complying with applicable sanctions laws;
- complying with applicable financial and consumer laws;
- understanding that blockchain transactions may be irreversible;
- using Smartable only where it is lawful to do so.
You must not share your:
- recovery phrase;
- private key;
- wallet password;
- PIN;
- backup passphrase;
- encrypted backup credentials;
- hardware-wallet approval;
- signing authorisation.
Support will never ask you to provide these credentials.
10. Acceptable use
You may not use Smartable Wallet to:
- break applicable law;
- launder proceeds of crime;
- evade sanctions;
- finance terrorism;
- access another person’s wallet or credentials without permission;
- attack Smartable infrastructure;
- attack a third-party provider;
- interfere with the operation of a blockchain;
- interfere with a relay, protocol or provider;
- exploit a vulnerability;
- distribute malware;
- impersonate Smartable;
- distribute a modified wallet as an official Smartable application;
- use the application for fraudulent activity.
Smartable may disable, restrict or decline optional interfaces and third-party features where doing so is required by:
- applicable law;
- sanctions controls;
- provider restrictions;
- technical safety;
- security concerns;
- abuse prevention;
- infrastructure limitations.
Smartable cannot freeze or seize your self-custodied funds on-chain. The publisher does not control your keys or the blockchain addresses holding your assets.
11. Availability and warranties
The application and optional services are provided on a best-effort basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Smartable does not guarantee that the application or any third-party feature will be:
- uninterrupted;
- error-free;
- available in every country;
- compatible with every blockchain;
- compatible with every device;
- compatible with every hardware wallet;
- able to display every asset;
- able to provide current prices;
- able to provide complete transaction history;
- able to provide current token metadata;
- able to provide a route;
- able to provide a quote;
- able to complete a transaction;
- able to recover a delayed or failed cross-chain transaction.
Blockchains are experimental and adversarial systems. Bugs, forks, congestion, reorganisations, invalid contracts, malicious contracts, scams, key loss, provider failures and third-party failures can cause permanent loss.
Your funds do not depend on Smartable continuing to operate. You may be able to restore your wallet in compatible self-custody software using your recovery phrase, subject to compatibility with the relevant networks, standards, derivation paths and wallet formats.
The software is provided “as is” to the maximum extent permitted by law.
12. Security features and limitations
Smartable may provide security features including:
- phishing-domain warnings;
- address validation;
- address-poisoning warnings;
- token approval monitoring;
- transaction simulation;
- typed-data review;
- permit and allowance warnings;
- device-integrity warnings;
- biometric or PIN protection;
- hardware-wallet support;
- screen-capture protection on supported platforms.
These features reduce certain risks but do not guarantee that a transaction, contract, token, provider, dApp or device is safe.
A successful simulation is not a guarantee that a transaction will succeed or produce the expected result. Blockchain state may change between simulation, signing and execution.
An unavailable simulation is not evidence that a transaction is safe or unsafe.
Security warnings may be incomplete, delayed, incorrect or unavailable.
A rooted, jailbroken, compromised or malicious device may alter what is displayed before signing or interfere with the application.
You remain responsible for reviewing the transaction and approving only what you intend to sign.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Smartable is not liable for:
- loss of crypto-assets;
- loss caused by a lost recovery phrase;
- loss caused by a lost private key;
- loss caused by a lost password;
- loss caused by lost split-backup shares;
- loss caused by a lost backup passphrase;
- failed transactions;
- delayed transactions;
- reverted transactions;
- incorrectly addressed transactions;
- transactions sent to the wrong network;
- malicious contracts;
- malicious tokens;
- dApp attacks;
- phishing attacks;
- address-poisoning attacks;
- blockchain failures;
- validator failures;
- miner failures;
- sequencer failures;
- relay failures;
- provider failures;
- protocol failures;
- liquidity failures;
- bridge failures;
- loss of profit;
- loss of business;
- loss of data;
- indirect loss;
- consequential loss.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for:
- death or personal injury caused by negligence;
- fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
- mandatory statutory consumer rights;
- another liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
These terms do not affect your mandatory rights as a consumer.
14. Open-source code and trademarks
Smartable Wallet may include open-source software.
The relevant open-source licences apply to the code to which they refer. Those licences do not grant rights to use:

If you distribute a modified version of the code, you must:
- rename the application;
- remove Smartable branding;
- use your own application identifier;
- use your own URI scheme;
- avoid presenting the modified application as official Smartable software.
You may state that your work is derived from Smartable Wallet where permitted by the relevant open-source licence, but you must not distribute it in a way that could cause users to mistake it for the official application.
15. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Polish law, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection laws that apply to you.
Disputes arising from or connected with these terms are subject to the courts of Poland, unless mandatory law gives you the right to bring proceedings in another jurisdiction.
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union or United Kingdom, you retain the protection of mandatory laws applicable in your country of residence and may bring proceedings where those laws allow.
You may contact the relevant consumer-protection authority or alternative dispute-resolution body available to you.

- release notes where the change affects application behaviour.
Where required by law, we will request your renewed acceptance before applying the changed terms.
17. Contact
Questions about these terms should be sent to:
hello@getsmartable.app
Support will never ask for your:
- recovery phrase;
- private key;
- password;
- PIN;
- backup passphrase;
- full split-backup shares.
Any message asking for these credentials is not authorised by Smartable, regardless of the sender address.
